All pianos come with a Five Year Guarantee.

The New Pianos Guarantee is primarily with Chiltern Pianos, and we will organise repairs/replacement directly with the manufacturer. This covers the piano fully for 5 years from the invoice date.

Reconditioned Pianos

We recondition all these pianos in our workshop. Guarantee covers the frame, soundboard and pinblock, they are supplied in excellent condition and will remain that way for years if treated with care.

The guarantee also covers the work we have undertaken, pins, strings, hammers, action, keyboard, etc.

This is covered locally and in the south east by our head technician Renato Lopes, and other areas by experienced technicians who work as independents.

The warranty requires tuning at least every year, and any advice given about humidity, positioning of the piano, etc should be adhered to.
